Overview
The IT Department is responsible for following tasks.
- Setup and maintain computer Infrastructure
- Install new software or hardware
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Perform timely software updates to make sure everything works ok
- Create backup copies of data sources or digital assets
- Install video and audio conferencing
- Install and configure new printers, copiers and other equipment
- Provide and install cloud-based applications/services
- Repair hardware
- Train employees on new systems and assist new users with computer and software issues
